I bought this condo so our family, friends and guests could have a well appointed, secure and clean place to stay and make the most of their valuable vacation time.  My family loves to vacation in the mountains in both the winter and the summer. The ski in and ski out location and nice upgrades make this an ideal winter vacation retreat.

Breckenridge is an increasingly popular summer vacation spot.   The local championship golf course, mountain biking, nearby rivers, fishing and town festivals provide plenty of activities. The cool mountain air and peaceful setting of our condo provides a relaxing home base for summer activities.

The charm and friendliness of the town of Breckenridge cannot be found at any other resort in Colorado. Also, Breckenridge is centrally located from Denver, Colorado Springs or the Western Slope, which makes getting to and from our condo very easy. This is important to us since we have family across Colorado.

I want your vacation to be hassle free and memorable. I have hired a reliable maid service and I keep the condo in top notch condition. I visit several times a year to do preventive maintenance and be sure the little things are in place that can make a difference. You will arrive to a clean and bright vacation home which has been made up for you.
