Tyra Summit

Tyra Summit is one of Breckenridge's premiere ski in ski out condo complexes and features:

	Ski in ski out access to the 4 O'Clock ski run (now with snow making)
	Access to Snow Flake lift and the new Gondola (pending completion)
	Clubhouse with an indoor pool, two hot tubs, towel service, shower facilities was recently remodeled in spring 2007.
	Underground parking
	In the summer, walk to town or to the Peak 8 fun park
	Tyra Summit is situated on the mountain at 9763 feet above sea level

As you travel up 4 O'Clock Road, our complex is on the right hand side. We are conveniently located right up the mountain from downtown Breckenridge. In the summer, it is a pleasant walk to town and back.

The complex was recently remodeled and boasts a cedar exterior. The walkways are covered. The upper floors are serviced by a convenient elevator.

The pool is just for owners and guests. Its a great place to relax after a day outdoors and to stretch out your tired muscles. The pool and hot tubs are conveniently located in our building. Just take the elevator down and you are a few steps away.

**We just recently remodeled the clubhouse and feature updated bathrooms. There is also a towel service.

Outdoor hot tub faces the ski run and is a great place to relax in the evening in both the winter and the summer!

The Four O'Clock ski run is just steps from the Elevator. This is a true ski in ski out condo. As you ski down from the condo, you veer to the right where you will pick up the Snow Flake lift back up the mountain. The Snow Flake lift is centered within the Breckenridge Ski Area and drops you off above both Peak 8 and Peak 9. You choose which mountain to ski down!
