New For 2007-2008 Year
Our entry way has a fresh new mountain look.
The floor is paved with natural stone and we trimmed the ceiling
with natural pine. We added a new sectional leather couch in
the living room to provide additional seating in casual and relaxing
environment.
We replaced the spiral stair case with a standard staircase for
added convenience in accessing the second floor.

upstairs loft suite was finished into a master bedroom to provide
additional privacy.
New For 2006-2007 Year
In June, we installed a new gas fireplace, making it more convenient to enjoy the warmth and ambience
of a blazing fire.
In July, the ski resort installed new snowmaking equipment on the 4
O'Clock run. According to the resort, this will extend the
season by allowing them to open the run earlier and keep it open
later. By December, the ski resort will have installed a new Gondola which takes skiers
from downtown to the base of Peak 8. This is great for the
town of Breckenridge and the ski resort. Of course you already have true ski
in and ski out access via the 4 O'Clock ski run down to the Snow
Flake lift!!!!
